Where is Jerome Park?

The only info I can find is that Jerome Park is "off Wabash". Anyone have any more specific info?

I am not sure the exact address but if you turn off Wabash at The Barrelhead it is w/in a couple blocks . It is very small and parking can be an issue....but looks nice! It is all fenced in.

There is no bathroom there so make sure to go before!! 
But, the fenced in playground is sooo nice!

We found it, but haven't played there yet. It's on my list for tomorrow We've been doing the park rounds to see which playgrounds are the best! So far Jack likes all of them, because they have sticks and rocks and slides. Oh, to be 2 again!
