Gas/Colic

My little girl is a month old and it seems like at night-time she gets gas and crys and crys. I am breastfeeding... so is there any way that any of the foods I'm eating could upset her little tummy? I also notice she glups her milk when she is nursing, could this be the culprit too? I would appreaciate some feedback. Thanks!
