At the top, click "Profile"
Then ABOVE the user information there is "avatar"...that is your profile picture...you can go from there.

thanks for the tip! Worked well...the file guidelines before you upload worked just fine....thanks carrie....
Hope to see more photos (Avatar) next to people's profiles...but remember you can remain anonymous, that's completely up to you!
