Errand sitter needed!

Hello. Currently, I am a stay-at-home mom of an infant who is almost 7 months old. The closest family that my husband and I have is over an hour away. Currently when I need a sitter we have grandma come up - but it is beginning to get difficult as far as schedules. Therefore, I am looking for someone who could watch my son while I ran small errands here and there (i.e. doc appts, grocery shopping, etc.). Is there anyone out there who would be interested in this, know someone who might be or would be willing to trade this service?
