New to area need a Ped. Dentist

Hello,
We are fairly new to the area and I need to get my boys into a Pedetric Dentist. Can anyone recommend one? we have Blue Cross of Blue Shield of IL.

Welcome to Springfield! I'm not sure if "pediatric dentist" is a separate area from "family dentist", but we use Dr. David Curry who is located over on Wabash across from Lowe's. He and his staff are friendly and extremely good with our two kids (ages 6 and 3). I know Dr. Tanya DeSanto is also excellent -- she is a sponsor of Springfield Moms and also works as a dentist and mom. Good luck getting settled in!

We use Dr. Tanya DeSanto. She happens to advertise on this website. We have BC/BS, too. Our out of pocket expense is higher with her than with others we've used, but we love her and her staff. It makes the price worth it for us! She is GREAT with kids!!

p.s. I tried one of the local pediatric dentists and was extremely dissatisfied.

My family also uses Tanya DeSanto. She is a mother of two and is outstanding in her practice. I would recommend her to anyone.
